By all means shop with us as a guest. However, by creating a Yardware account online you will have ready access to your purchase details, and be able to reference past orders at a glance. It also makes future purchases quicker and easier, as your payment and delivery details are already encrypted in our system.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex through our secure, online payment portal, or direct EFT payments into our Bank Account. We don't not charge a surcharge on any Credit Card Transaction. 

That depends. Goods held in stock in our Alexandria depot are usually dispatched to Sydney metropolitan destinations within a week of receipt of order. Regional NSW and interstate deliveries are dispatched according to our chosen contractors’ regional and interstate delivery timetables. The majority of our goods are special, bespoke orders which need to be added to our production schedule, and then shipped to Australia from our overseas factory. Bare in mind all shipping and delivery consignments, whether local, interstate or overseas, are subject to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured we attempt to deliver purchases as promptly as possible and will keep you informed of your order’s progress.

Absolutely. With prior notice you are welcome to collect purchases during normal business hours from our Yardware showroom at 6 – 12 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria, any week day, excluding public holidays. Phone ahead at least 2 days prior and we will have your purchase ready for pick up on our loading dock. Make sure you have a vehicle suitable to accommodate the item, and that you bring sufficient manpower to handle the load, plus enough blankets or other padding to adequately protect your purchase during transit. Please be advised that your arrival at our showroom constitutes taking possession of the purchase, and both the loading and transit of the item then become your responsibility.

They certainly are. All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees enshrined in Australian Consumer Law. See Consumer Rights and Guarantees on the ACCC website. 

Yes, you can. We take pride in all our products and if any are found to be faulty, we are happy to assist with a return for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
