COMMANDING – The large and majestic Brittany Urn stands on a broad patterned foot which rises in fluted relief to a collar with pine-cone patterning. Above this, the goblet is decorated with more pretty flutes, and two garlands of wheat and fruit that drape from coiled handles, themselves supported by splayed acanthus leaves. The pronounced lip curls over to reveal more delicate patterning on the rim, and finally the top is crowned with an ornate, swirling lid. Where ever it stands, the fabulous Brittany Urn will command pride of place.
