Aves Bird Urn

THE SWALLOW’S RETURN – Aves are animals with beaks and feathers, in other words birds, and the Aves Bird Urn is a fitting tribute to those feathered friends. Just below the urn’s rim, a swallow in flight returns to its nest where three tiny chicks perch, awaiting its arrival. Beneath these, the bowl is swathed with acanthus leaves, while at its sides flowing volutes create elaborate handles.
