Normandy Square Planter

CAPTURED IN STONE – The gardens and countryside of Normandy were captured on canvas forever by the French Impressionists in the late 1800s. The luminous quality of the Normandy sunlight drew them to paint out of doors. Thus they captured nature as it was, robust and rioting, and this pretty planter does the same. Its robust base keeps it firmly grounded, while captured forever in stone are its garlands of fruit and flowers. The sturdy nature of the Normandy Planter gives it an architectural quality, making it useful as a marker for delineating ‘garden rooms’.
